Apparently, the District Administration Office decided to roll this out starting this morning, all because of some heated drama over a cable car project in Pathibhara. Chief District Officer Netra Prasad Sharma dropped the news late Saturday night, saying the prohibitory orders were necessary for the district’s headquarters, including Phungling Bazaar and Pathibhara area.
